Listen to Today's Heartfelt Blessing  

Just Say "Yes!"

Dear God,
I say 'Yes!' to love today.
Help me to give and receive love.
I say 'Yes!' to happiness today.
Help me to enjoy each moment.
I say 'Yes!' to balance today.
Help me to relax and smile.
I say 'Yes!' to me today.
Help me to listen to my heart.
I say 'Yes!' to miracles today.
I say 'Yes!' to life today.

Shift Happens

 

"Yes!" is such a magical word, filled with agreement and intention and power. When we say "Yes!" to what we want in life, we open the door and welcome it in. When we say "Yes!" to the difficulities in our lives, we open the door to healing so those experiences we do not want may depart in peace.

As Holden goes on to write in his book, Shift Happens "...when you are unhappy, honor it and say 'Yes' to healing. When you are struggling, notice it and say 'Yes' to greater ease. When you are afraid, breathe with it and say 'Yes' to help. When you are in pain, don't resist it, just say 'Yes' to peace. And when you are at your wits end, simply let go and say 'Yes' to a new beginning."

May you always be willing to say "Yes!" to life.

And may you also be aware that you are loved beyond measure
and a cherished blessing to me.
