Heartfelt Blessings for January 29th: Be Prepared

Listen to Today's Heartfelt Blessing

Be Prepared

If one asks for success and prepares for failure, he will get the situation he has prepared for.

— Florence Scovel Shinn\

It would be prudent, therefore, to prepare for a decidedly good day. Prepare for today to be the best day you've ever experienced. Prepare for everything to run smoothly. Prepare for an endless flow of good to come your way. Prepare for smiles and sunshine, love and laughter. Then prepare to enjoy this best day imaginable, for why have a marvelous day if you aren't thoroughly prepared to enjoy it to the fullest? And while you're at it, you might as well prepare for tomorrow to be even better.

May you always be willing to prepare for the best.

And may you also be aware that you are loved beyond measure
and a cherished blessing to me.

Until tomorrow, may your day be filled
with all things good,

Kate

    Dear Kate

You surely are an angel sent by God to heal the world. The Blessing Way has already brought peace to me and to others I sent peace to.

If we prepare for failure, I know it will happen. It is a little frightening to prepare for success in the event that success does not come. Your words give courage to prepare for the best. We all need to be all that we can be.

my 8 year old son's soccer coach always says: "Fail to prepare means prepare to fail". it's a little different than your quote, but it's good to keep in mind too!

Thanks for all you do, Kate, I love your quotes and analyses.

    keep up the good work.
