Heartfelt Blessing for February 22nd: Inside Out

Listen to Today's Heartfelt Blessing

Inside Out

Things may happen around you and things may happen to you, but the only things that really count are the things that happen in you.

Elsie Robinson

For many of us, life consists of what happens around us and to us. We are happy when these things are good, miserable when they are not. But though we may rationalize our station in life as being a result of events over which we have no control, the truth is that what happens to us is only as important as the attitude we form about it. We are not sponges, destined to draw life's meaning out of the circumstances around us. We are fountains, and within each of us is infinite potential, spilling forth in such a way that we may, if we choose, express and experience life to the fullest.

May you always be willing to live life from the inside out.

And may you also be aware that you are loved beyond measure
and a cherished blessing to me.

Until tomorrow, may your day be filled
with all things good,

Kate

Good morning! I have only recently discovered your site, and how blessed I am! This site is wonderful. As a single mother of two teenagers and a preteen, I often feel like I just don't have any more to give. Your website gives me daily inspiration and reminds me of the true blessings God gives us every second of every day. Living life from the inside out is truly the way to live. Thank you!!
