A Dose of Joy

If you do a good job for others, you heal yourself at the same time because a dose of joy is a spiritual cure. It transcends all barriers.

Nothing feels quite as good as helping someone else. Nothing brings joy like making someone else happy. And nothing makes us feel more loved than loving someone else unconditionally. Funny how that works, isn't it?

May you always be aware that the key to getting the best in life is through giving the best of yourself.
